The number of animals we can help is directly impacted by the support we have. Everyday Under the Wing is forced to turn down animals needing assistance due to lack of fiscal resources and/or foster care. As a grassroots organization, every dollar and volunteer hour makes a huge difference! We need YOU!
Monitary DonationsOur Treasurer, CPA Pam Caulkins works tirelessly to make sure every dollar donated is put to use to directly support our mission. Rescue is expensive and we desperately need funds. Our largest expense at the moment is medical support. All of the animals we work with are provided with vaccinations (unless current) and are spayed or neutered in addition to any other medical assistance they require. As a federally tax exempt program, donations are tax deductible. Every donation makes a difference!
Foster ParentingWe are always in need of foster families for our animals. Some will be returning home while others are in search of their permanent families. It is extremely important to us that we match your family with an animal that will fit in well with your lifestyle. You don't have to have a fenced yard, current pets (or not) are fine and you don't have to own your own home! We pick up the veterinary costs as well as some of the food and treats. We have experience working with institutional fostering programs such as Correctional Institutions and nursing/group homes and are always open to new partners!
