Under the Wing provides individuals with disabilities and people that are incarcerated with the opportunity to enrich the community through animal rescue services. 

Our main mission is to provide emergency foster care for the companion animals of individuals unable to care for them temporarily due to issuessuch as homelessness, placement in a rehabilitation facility, hospitalization, or domestic violence. 

Under the Wing also runs a feral cat colony on the east side of Cleveland and provides general rescue services including basic medical care, socialization, foster/adoptive home placement.  We are a no time limit rescue.
